Main Responsibility：
-Ensure machine reliability maintained with systematic prevention and prediction in one production
workshop
-Response for machine performance improvement, and support new mechine installation
-Conduct training and share knowledge for technician through daily problem solving
1.ESH
74 Raise awareness and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties
74 Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or
polluting hazards
74 Follow plant's ESH policies in project and maintainance activities
2.Maintenance
74 Decrease known forced deterioration
74 Responsible for Major Breakdown report/anylysis/provention.
74 Responsible for Safety/Quality/Efficiency related machine improvement.
74 Responsible for equipment modification
74 Prepare documents for PM/MTC/TPM according to Zero breakdown concept
74 Review PM/MTC contents and update PM/MTC according breakdown record
74 Zero breakdown implementation.
3.Spare parts Management
74 Responsible for machine spare part yearly review
74 Responsible for machine new spare part application
74 Responsible for machine spare parts stock change according to spare parts yearly consumption
74 Prepare needed spare parts according to long term spare part application schedule(3 year)
4.Improvement
74 Take initiative to improve machine performance and stability
74 Improve and optimize spare parts in good level
5.Project
74 Finish own basic program/TF/RICP according to project schedule intime.
74 Support project team,Check new machine's documentation.
74 Support Phase IV project
6.Training
74 Counduct C&D related training for electrician from shopfloor
74 Share C&D related knowledge with DS engineers
Job requirements：
-College degree with major on mechinary
-5 years manufacturing experience
-2 years mold maintenance experience
